Eating and drinking is a need – enjoyment, on the other hand, is an art.
We present you with a selection of menu suggestions. These are for your orientation. We would be happy to send you our buffet suggestions on request, as well as an excerpt from our drinks menu.
Of course, you also have the option of ordering your menu completely individually or exchanging our suggestions with each other.
Your wishes are both an incentive and a challenge for our managing director Alexander Monesi, head chef Karl-Max Hohlfeld and the service team headed by Mr. Andreas Selter - combined with the fact that some products may not always be available due to seasonal factors.
